So lately, I've been doing a lot of nothing. I think maybe it's a recuperation process after my first year of Athletics and English III AP together combined in a GIANT TWISTER OF MISERY AND PAIN.
It wasn't that bad, though. I guess the MISERY AND PAIN must have been at more existential, subconscious level.
I've been reading a lot, though. For one- I finished John Malone's 21st Century Gay which was actually a very interesting novel- it not only explored the facts that have been happening and will most likely happen in the near future, but it also dived into many opinions by opposing sides WITHIN the gay rights group (for example, those gays that are for gay marriage and those that are against it).
I also finished Eric Berne's Games People Play. It was quite interesting to learn about the sociopsychological games people played subconsciously.
I read a shortened and easier version of Edmond Rostand's "Cyrano de Bergerac", a play about a French poet/cadet. It's very similar to tragedies by Shakespeare, but I believe this was written later than that so it wasn't as difficult (the language was also reduced for French students).
Then I tried to read Eric Nylund's Halo: Ghosts of Onyx, but guns and things aren't my slice of pie. I stopped reading after like the fiftieth page or a little bit more.
I am currently reading Christopher Paolini's novel Brisingr, which continues after Eragon and Eldest. So far, it's resparked my love for writing. I find it very interesting that it was Eragon which inspired me in the first place, and now the third book in the cycle has renewed my abilities as a writer. How intriguing!
I also started a new youtube channel, which is this one:
I only have two videos up, and I'm hoping to get more of them on there.
I am currently writing three books. I don't know what two of them will be named yet. The first one I'm restarting because I lost what I had written when I lost my flash drive. That one is called Venus Was Her Name, Gareth Her Knight.
The second one I started after I got my flash drive, and I'm writing that one on paper for fear I'll lose my new flash drive AND the files on my computer. I'm not sure about the title, but I may title it Within the Shadows of Knowing.
The third I'm writing because one of my friends loves my fantasy stuff, so he's the main character and I'm letting him name the book.
I don't plan on finishing all of them, but I would love to finish at least one.
I've been looking for TV shows to fill my time with as well. I started watching the news, like, yesterday, because for some reason now I find the news absolutely compelling.
My shows now include:
Kings
Harper's Island
Merlin
The Philanthropist (I know it hasn't started yet, but I'm kind of excited)
Grey's Anatomy (I'm watching the first season on DVD)
Those are all the shows they have this summer that I'm completely compelled to watch. Oh, and The Doctors.
So that's been my life so far. I got a really bad sunburn, blah blah blah...
...Yeah...
Can you tell I'm a bit unsatisfied??

This is my new account! anyways yea Im reading the life of pi which I am hoping to finish. Its good so far and I want to start the girl with a pear earing. Man I hate summer I'm sooo bored but I don't wanna do stuff. Idk I'd rather be at home and listen to music but yea I'm not pretty satisfied with life either. Hey at least u have time to write again :)
@Realpolitik_8491 - ha yeah i guess you're right. we need to hang out, i mean you live like three doors down... i still haven't started my summer reading book but that's because i don't have money currently, so i'm hoping to use the money i get from my birthday to get my book. that and i have so many other books i haven't read, i'm getting started on those.
@JoanMVhn - lol I checked them out from the library. I'm not spending money on books. Money is tight so I'm using it carefully...for once lol. We should hang out. I'm free next week.
